To specifically address the City Council on any agenda item or an item not on the agenda sign in before the start of the meeting. Each Citizen will be allowed 3 minutes to present their topic.

To arrange a presentation or discuss an item to the Council please contact the City Manager, Andrew Valencia two weeks prior to the meeting.
