This tax supports the very backbone of local tourism, providing funding for promotional activities, community events, and vital infrastructure improvements. It helps not only to attract visitors but to enrich the lives of residents through job creation and better public amenities.

The City of Grants Lodgers' Tax is collected by the office of the City Clerk and governed by Lodgers' Tax Ordinance No. 22-1262(PDF, 4MB). 

Lodgers' Tax Board Meetings are held every month on the last Thursday of the month at 9 AM; meeting Agendas can be found in the Advisory Council page of the City's website.
